  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or for made-to-order items
  • B2B orders may require additional processing time depending on order size and customization

  • Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@everdesistudio.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.
Ever Desi Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
