How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and completing checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 30min. of purchase. Please contact us at contact@everdesistudio.com as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use it to follow your package’s progress.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation—what should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at contact@everdesistudio.com and we’ll resend your confirmation.

What are your shipping options and charges?

We offer standard and express shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

How long will delivery take?

  • Standard delivery: 7-8 business days
  • Express delivery: 4-5 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or sales.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination.

What if I’m not home when my package arrives?

Our courier will either attempt redelivery or leave a pickup notice with details.

My package is delayed or lost—what should I do?

Please contact us with your order number. We’ll work with our courier partner to resolve the issue quickly.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders above €250.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How do I return a product?

Contact us at contact@everdesistudio.com with your order number. We’ll share return instructions and shipping details.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. It may be free only for damaged or incorrect items depending on the reason for return.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Can I get a refund for sale or clearance items?

All sale or clearance items are considered final sale.

Can I exchange an item instead of a refund?

Currently, we do not support exchanges for any items.

Issues with Orders

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

I received the wrong item—what should I do?

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Contact us with your order details, and we’ll send the correct product at no extra cost.

My refund hasn’t shown up yet—what should I do?

Refunds may take upto 10 days depending on your bank or card provider. If it still hasn’t appeared after this time, contact us and we’ll assist.
